Partner programme

1. Apply through the partner application and accept the partner terms.
2. Our billing team reviews the application and replies by email.
3. On approval you get a code of capital letters and digits, shown on your partner dashboard.
4. Share the code. Customers enter it on the plan page or at checkout when they start a paid plan.
5. You earn commission on their payments, and each currency is paid once its balance reaches the payout minimum.

These are the defaults. Your approval can set different rates for your code, and your partner dashboard shows the ones that apply.

• Customers get 20% off their first 3 billing months on monthly billing, or off their first year on yearly billing.
• You earn 20% of what the customer pays, after the discount and excluding tax, for their first 12 months.
• Commission becomes payable 14 days after each payment. A refund or chargeback reverses it.
• Payouts are made monthly, by bank transfer or PayPal. Each currency is paid separately once its payable balance reaches 50 in that currency, for example $50. Balances are never converted.
• When a partner account is closed, the minimum no longer applies and the whole payable balance is paid.

A customer counts as yours only when they pay with your code. WebMetric sets no referral cookie and there are no tracking links, so the code is the only thing that credits you.

If a customer forgot to enter your code, our billing team can add it to their subscription with a written reason.

• Your code, with the discount and commission rates that apply to it.
• The organizations that used your code, by name only. Their analytics data is never shown to you.
• Earnings by status and currency: pending, payable and paid, with the date each pending amount becomes payable.
• Payout history, and a CSV statement for each month.

Every figure comes from recorded payments. Nothing is estimated or projected.

If a partner gave you a code, enter it on Plan and usage or at checkout when you choose a paid plan. Paddle shows the discounted amount before you confirm.

• An organization can use one partner code.
• Codes apply to new paid subscriptions. If you already pay, contact support.
• The partner sees your organization’s name and the commission earned on your payments. They never see your analytics data.
